Your way to Portugal: a Guide for International Students

    
Exchange Students 23/24  | 1st semester  |  Welcome Day Programme

 International students who plan to undertake a limited study period at the Polytechnic Institute of Beja (IPBeja) need to be previously Nominated by the Sending Institution.

• The nominations should be sent to gri@ipbeja.pt with the following data: Name of the student, Personal Identification Number, E-mail address, Study area and code and study period (autumn term, spring term or academic year);

•  After receiving the nominations of the students,  the International Relations Office of IPBeja will register the student in the Mobilidade Net platform and send the students an e-mail with the instructions to fill in the application form;

• Application deadlines:  15th June - 1st semester; 15th December – 2nd semester

• NOTE: After the applying student has been accepted by the Polytechnic Institute of Beja, a formal Letter of Acceptance will be issued and sent to the student’s home institution.
