Social package 4

includes conference documentation, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, lunch on May 3rd and May 4th, conference dinner and participation in the social visit ** on May 5th.

* The meals are in the cafeteria of Polytechnic Institute of Beja (menu will be provided later) and had to be marked until 30/04/2012. This cafeteria is located where the conference will take place.

** The social visit is conditioned by the number of places in the bus, so the seats will be reserved by reservation order. Reservations will by accepted until 30/04/12.

Complementary Activities/Information

» The USUS 2012 Gala Dinner's entertainment will be in charge of the  Choir Group "Os Ceifeiros de Cuba" and the Lisbon-based band "Ana & Goodfellas";

» A Technical Book Exposition, by the responsibility of  Escolar Editora, at the Common Services's entrance hall;

» Exhibition of traditional products "Ao Sabor Do Alentejo" ("To Alentejo's Taste"), at the exposition room "Galeria ao Lado" of IPBeja's Common Services Building, organized by the "tourism professional development" from Ferreira do Alentejo's Vertical Grouping and the Castro Verde High School;

» "Tunas Night" activitie, inside the Castle of Beja's walls, at May 3rd, around 21h30m with free entrance, organized by the "tourism technician professional development" of D. Manuel I de Beja's High School;


» The Coffee-Break will be served by the "table service" course's students from Santiago Maior Basic School.
