The availability of water for watering leads necessarily to a more intensive agriculture, which has been linked to a trend towards not durability. It is essential to have adequate knowledge to allow them to plan, select, assess and exploit the available technologies and agricultural systems, to develop sustainable agriculture compatible with the preservation of the environment. For the development and implementation of appropriate soil management techniques is essential to dispose of the information obtained through the analysis of soils. These analytical data are also essential to monitor the various forms of soil degradation, such as the risk of salinization of soil watered, and determine the measures of recovery and conservation of this resource.
