Presidency

1 - The President may, if it deems appropriate for the proper functioning
the Institute organized the presidency by activity areas
appointing Vice-Presidents, or Pro-presidents responsible for these,
without prejudice to the power at any time call back.

2 - Checking himself to the event mentioned in the preceding paragraph,
President approve a presidential dispatch the bylaws of
presidency in which define the responsibilities of each vice -presidência
or pro -presidência.
