Employability / Career Opportunities

A degree in Elementary Education allows its licensees access to professionally enabling Masters to teach in the following areas:

Preschool Education;
Preschool Education and Teaching 1st Cycle of Basic Education;
Teaching 1st Cycle of Basic Education and Higher Education of the 1st and 2nd Primary School.

The Basic Education graduates acquire skills training that enables its professional intervention in support functions and monitoring in various contexts such as:

Creches, Jardins-de-Children and Schools;
Centers leisure;
Cultural centers, museums, libraries and toy libraries;
Educational Division of Municipal Councils and Parish Councils;
Institutions of Social Solidarity.
